A bit of History
We started to provide
services in 2003 on local Ukrainian market as private entrepreneur
SPD Bogdan Khalyapin. From that time our clients are Dyvosvit (Kiev,
Ukraine), Futuremedia plc (Brighton, United Kingdom), Filmotechnic
(Kiev, Ukraine) and some other companies. In January 2006 it was
decided to combine efforts with Alexander Sadovsky and to open
development office in Cherkassy, industrial city near Kiev. To
achieve it "SPD-Ukraine" was established as legal entity where
Bogdan Khalyapin filled CEO position and Alexander Sadovsky - CTO
and Cherkassy Regional Office Director.
